Cafe Rio was born from a simple belief — that great food has the power to bring people together. In 2012, founders Marco and Elena Reyes opened a modest 30-seat cafe in the heart of Eastvale, CA, armed with family recipes, an old cast-iron pan, and an unshakeable commitment to quality.
"We didn't open Cafe Rio to run a restaurant. We opened it to create a place where people feel at home the moment they walk through the door."
