Head Chef
Lead our culinary team in creating exceptional dishes that define the Cafe Rio experience. You will oversee kitchen operations, mentor junior staff, manage inventory, and collaborate with management on seasonal menu development.
- 5+ years culinary experience, 2+ in a leadership role
- Expertise in fresh, ingredient-driven cuisine
- Strong team management and communication skills
- Food safety certification required
Front of House Manager
Oversee all front-of-house operations to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless, memorable dining experience. You will supervise service staff, handle guest relations, and coordinate with the kitchen team during service.
- 3+ years in restaurant management
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Experience with POS systems and scheduling software
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
Line Cook
Prepare and cook menu items to our quality standards in a fast-paced, energetic kitchen environment. You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure every plate leaving the kitchen meets Cafe Rio's high standards.
- 1-2 years of line cook or kitchen experience
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
Server / Waitstaff
Deliver warm, attentive service to our guests by taking orders, explaining menu items, and ensuring every table has a wonderful experience from start to finish. Flexible shifts available including weekends.
- Previous serving experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
Barista & Cafe Specialist
Craft specialty coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages with precision and artistry. You will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, setting the tone for their entire Cafe Rio experience.
- Barista or beverage service experience preferred
- Passion for coffee and specialty beverages
- Excellent speed and attention to detail
- Warm, outgoing personality with a guest-first attitude
Delivery Driver
Represent Cafe Rio on the road by delivering orders promptly and professionally to our customers. You will be the final touchpoint ensuring our food arrives fresh, on time, and with a smile.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle in good condition
- Good knowledge of the Eastvale, CA area
- Punctual, responsible, and customer-focused
